Weekends are not required, but this is where the hungriest guys separate themselves from the pack. The leads are still there, the closers are available. Weekends are a massive opportunity to get ahead and make a lot of money. The top guys on the team are always working weekends.

Our setters work with low-ticket buyer leads, so show rates are consistently high. Often above 70%. Lead volume is our biggest "good problem." We generate thousands of warm leads monthly and can't keep up, which is why we're hiring. Average setters earn $6k per month, and top setters clear $14k+ per month.
What's the size of the team and what's the ramp-up like?
The size of our sales team changes based on performance and scaling needs, but we keep it lean and elite. The ramp-up is as fast as you are. Day one, you get access to our entire training library. You shadow top setters. If you absorb the material fast and prove you're ready, you're on the phones making money within your first week. We also provide ramp pay to bridge the gap between your current opportunity and this one.
How would you know someone is a successful hire 30 days from now?

How often can I get feedback from the manager?
Every single day. Hourly if you want it. Our sales meetings are not boring corporate updates. They are intense, interactive training sessions where you get direct feedback on your calls and your process. You get as much feedback as you can handle, and personal coaching from the managers.
How soon are you looking to hire?
Right now. We are leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table every month because we don't have enough setters to handle our lead flow. This is urgent, and we are moving quickly with qualified candidates.
Can people work different timezones or is it strictly 9-5 EST?
This is a 100% remote role and you have a lot of flexibility. The only mandatory time is our team sales huddle at 3pm EST (12pm PST) Monday-Friday. Outside of that, you can work the hours that allow you to connect with the most leads across different US timezones. Many of our top reps work evenings and weekends to maximize their income.
Is experience required?
No. Experience is not required to join the team. We've found some of our best reps had no sales experience, but they were hungry and willing to put in the work. We look for culture fit over everything else.
